Please note that your eligibility for a refund depends on our
Terms & conditions of service, which you have accepted at the time of registration.
According to our terms of service, once approved, refund processing typically takes 3 business days. Although most refunds will appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, in some cases it may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Regarding the situation of currency exchange:
- The exchange rate is determined by your bank or issuing institution.
- Any currency exchange fees charged by your bank are non refundable.
- You may see a separate currency exchange fee on the bank statement.
Once the refund has been issued from our system, we are unable to track its status in your bank's processing system. If you have not received the refund after 10 working days (which rarely happens), we recommend that you contact the bank and provide transaction details.
Please note that refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and we cannot refund refunds to any payment method other than the original payment method used during registration.
If your card has expired or been blocked, don't worry, your financial institution should still accept and refund the funds to your account balance.
